Refund/Cancellation Policy

At Love Baked by J. Nicole, all of our cookies are made from scratch. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve your issue in an individual and timely manner.   

Because each cookie is baked to order, we are unable to provide refunds or exchange custom orders once completed. If you need to postpone your order for another date, we require at least 48 hours notice. Under no circumstance will a refund be given for an order once the cookies have been baked and packaged. Refunds requested due to flavor after cookies have been picked up or delivered will not be honored. In some instances, you may qualify for a credit towards a future purchase.  

Any orders that are not picked up will NOT be refunded.   

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel an order before we have a chance to deliver it to you, there is NO refund. If you pre-paid in full, or placed a partial deposit, you will NOT get a refund if you cancel your order before we have a chance to deliver it to you.  

The only circumstance in which we would provide a full refund is if we fail to deliver the cookies on the date and time of your event. We are not responsible for any additional expenses that you incur as a result of our failure to deliver the cookies. Our liability is limited to the contracted value of the cookies.
