About Me

Hi! I'm Domini Henderson, the creator and founder of Love Baked By J. Nicole. I am a mom, woman of faith, and lifelong baker.  I started this business in 2020 with the ultimate goal of spreading joy and happiness with my delectable cookies. Love Baked By J. Nicole was born out of my love and passion for baking and wanting to share that love with anyone who appreciates great tasting sweets as much as I do! 

I am on a mission to provide exceptional customer service and sensational sweets. All of my baked goods are made with love and care and my hope is that you can taste the love in every bite!

In my free time, I am just as passionate about giving back to the community. I currently serve as Secretary/Treasurer for the Imperfect Angels Organization, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Check out some of the amazing things that we are doing in the community here.
